Our Story
Sweet Nix was born from my lifelong love of baking, a lightbulb moment at a market stall and a big dream built on family.
I create rich, fudgy stuffed brownies - where all the best bits are baked right through the middle, not just piled on top. What started as weekends in the kitchen with my Mum, has grown into a brownie business with a deeper purpose - to be able to work side-by-side someday.
